I don't know why it is advertised as "whisper quiet" when it is clearly very loud. However, the product does work and I get a lot of juice from my limes and oranges. Clean up is also easy because of how it dissembles. On a final note: the cord was stuck underneath and I thought the plug in cord was just incredibly short. Make sure you realize that the plug is actually quite long and typically stuck underneath the juicer. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good juicer but could use some quality control *by B***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2017* I would give this a 5 star if the reverse function worked. I was expecting a motorized version of my manual juicer.The plastic pads on the bottom are only adequate. I have to hold the handle to keep it from moving on the counter, especially if the counter gets wet.When it reverses rotating direction it shudders a bit. No big issue with that though.Clean up is easy. Built in the base cord storage is adequate.I juiced approximately 200 Meyers lemons.
