Is this clicking just on my mobile?** A: I have the same problem.. every 10-15 seconds when it is on mobile this thing make a click noise. The problem is in the tube that connect the things.. very annoying. **Q: Can I connect this to a Graco Pack n Play?** A: Depends on the pack and play. We were able to fit the straps through at the corner or ours where the mesh meets. It leans a little, but totally gets the job done. **Q: The canopy snaps on and I can't remove it in order to fit it back in the box for a return. Any solutions to removing the canopy from the arm?** A: I was able to remove it by myself with a miniature flathead screwdriver set. Take the 3 smallest screwdrivers and insert them between the prongs and the center piece. (If you have different sizes start with the smallest to separate it, then replace with the largest, repeat for 2nd largest, and then the smallest.) Once all prongs are pushed out, hold the screwdrivers in place with one hand and grab the pole with your other hand, using your thumb to push against the canopy. Once it slides about a quarter inch you can let the screwdrivers pop out and you're home free. **Q: Where to change batteries? I couldn't find it!** A: There's a panel in the back.
