But, I found a video online that was very clear and easy to follow. Once I watched it, I was able to remove the old piece of junk plastic adjusters and replace with this kit in about ten minutes. Buyers should be aware that the screws are NOT standard Phillips nor slotted. You'll have to have a Torx screwdriver to install the screws. Fortunately, I have one and wasn't slowed by having to go to the hardware store buy a set. BTW, this is the same kit for several different brands (Whirlpool, Kenmore, Kitchenaid, etc.) because the dishwasher housings are all made by the same company. The internal parts are all made in China which accounts for the original cr*ppy plastic that falls apart in less than two years. This kit still also has a lot of plastic parts, but the metal parts make a huge difference in ease of use compared to the original garbage that came with the new dishwasher. Plus, the rollers are a lot bigger and less likely to slip out of the guide rals like the original ones did. Almost lost a lot of dishes because of the old worthless rollers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Much Better Than Original OEM Poor Design *by J***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2018* Kenmore Model 66513229N412 has the known defective Rack Adjuster pt#W10350375 w/1.25" wheels. Guess I was lucky it lasted just over 2yrs before wheel axle broke, but of course out of warranty so my cost. This kit works perfectly and upper rack doesn't squeak when you move it in/out like it did day one new with old design.Came with a neat little adapter for torx screws using a phillips screw driver if you don't have torx bits.My model uses pt# WPW10508950 stops on the rail ends unlike the ones seen on u-tube for Kenmore. Original ones broke when removing to take upper rack out to install this kit. They're one-time-use stops (another cheap design). I ordered two of those as well on Amazon.Only bummer was first kit I received was missing the 2 main adjuster brackets and no instructions as in product picture. Poor QC by the manufacture in a sealed OEM box. Not Amazon or Sellers fault for that, hence no ding on rating. Amazon ordered another kit right away and arranged for no-cost return for first kit. Good customer service! Received second kit complete this time, though still no instructions. U-Tube was the answer for that. ### ⭐ Poorly made original and the OEM replacement doesnt appear to be much better *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 10, 2019* This product was purchased to replace a part that broke shortly after the WHIRLPOOLr warranty expired.Its to bad that the aluminum replacement part was available more than 2 years prior to my purchasing this dishwasher with the known faulty parts but they continued to build with the old parts anyways! Why Whirlpool ?? WHY!!!Why did WHIRLPOOL continue to make these dishwashers with the old style defective parts when they knew they were a problem? Why did I find the metal replacements on-line dated back to 2015? So this mean they knew about the problem well before this , factoring design and manufacturing time.The new parts are also poorly made with a TINY screw to hold on the modified wheel (what broke the last time) These look woefully inadequate to provide sustained support and durability for the life of this dishwasher.Also no instruction with the box as you need to download them from the web.Pictures show original part with broken wheel and new part (note the size of the screw that holds the wheel, that keeps the top rack from falling down into the bottom rack!
