Infinuvo Hovo 780 4-in-1 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner - Sweeping, Vacuuming, Wet/Dry Mopping and UV Sterilization

The Hovo 780 from Metapo was working fine for a while, except some common issues for other robovacs, like getting stuck on things and needing my help to resume vacuuming. However, after about 3 months of using it, it stopped working and now goes backwards and shuts down anytime I try to use it. I guess all the features, like mopping and UV light that this product has were too good to be true. Initially, I was really happy with its vacuuming capabilities and suction power, despite the fact that it was getting stuck. Never got to use the mopping feature. Now I turned into a very unhappy customer who needs to follow up with the company to get it repaired or get a refund. If you're considering buying this item, save yourself time and headeache and go with a more popular brand like Bobi for pets. I did a lot of research prior to buying it and thought it was a great choice for the price and all the features it had. I ignored very few reviews posted on Amazon on this product and the low popularity of this brand. Now I regret it.

Works well on the dog hair and general cleaning. I did try the wet mop and after adjusting the spray it did a decent job on the light dirt. It will be good for a quick mop in between heavy cleaning with a sponge mop. Have only had this for a couple weeks but think this will work well for quick cleaning.

Don't buy it. watse of money. after 4-5 month it stop working. I bought 2 one for parents, and the same happened with second unit. the company have no phones so you cannot call them. If you email to their support nobody get back to you, so basically I put over 500$ in garbage.

I have upright vacuum and needed to buy a canister vacuum in order to get under beds in my house. In my shopping, I located this one and it works beautifully for what I wanted it for. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't want the cumbersome, space clogging canister type vacuum. I love this vacuum .... easy to maintain.

works ok, just gets stuck under chairs and couch's -ALL THE TIME.

I loved the features of this vacuum. The first one was a gift, three days after opening the present the vacuums front wheel broke off. On the chance that I received a bad unit I returned the first and bought a second unit. Received the new vacuum and three days later the front wheel breaks of again. I do not recommend this vacuum due to the fact the product is cheaply made.

Noiser than anticipated. Had a lot of issues getting it up and running once it arrived. Customer service was decent in their assistance but not overly helpful. It gets stuck under furniture. The 'eyes' don't see furniture unless it's right at ground level.

it was good first 2 weeks but did not detect our steps and stop, then when it would start to clean at 4 the time i set it for it would undock start to clean then just stop and the remote control wouldnt work on it
