It’s a brush that I use for my Goodyear welted boots. I own 3 of these brushes. One in natural wood for my lighter colored boots like my Grant Stone Diesel’s in Dune/Natural cxl. One in brown for my Grant Stone Ottawa’s in crimson cxl and a pair of Thursday Captains in Arizona Adobe. One in black for my Grant Stone, Beckett Simonon, and Thursday black cxl boots. This way I have a good brush for every color of leather and won’t mix and match for the most part. I like the brushes because the horsehair is thick and the brush is large so it will cover a lot of surface area when brushing my boots after each wear or when it’s time to polish again or condition them. I have a cheap brush to just get muck off the boots before I use the CC brushes to polish my boots. It is what it is. I don’t think there would be any bad brushes out there but in the beginning or using these brushes some of the horsehair would fall out but it stopped falling out within a few times of usage. I have no complaints because I don’t know how to complain about a horse-haired brush.
