So when this treatment arrived, I washed and conditioned my hair with 'Only Curls' and applied this and their curl treatment to soaking wet hair just adding the Only Curls extra hold gel and a generic heat defence spray, squished in the curl to define and evenly distribute then wrapped my hair up in a micro fiber towel ( from Only Curls again) to do my make up ect. That was Monday. It is now Friday and I haven't washed my hair since. I've not needed to untill today! I haven't even got a large massive lump of frizzed hair at the back of my head!, and that ALWAYS happens, it's why I have to wash my hair after two/three days.
