It does not seem to want to twist shut.** A: Yes, it just twists back on. **Q: Is the universal neutralizer good for dark circles on medium skin with warm undertone? the universal brightener looked white against my skin.** A: Unfortunately this doesn't give much coverage. I have dark under eye circles and I can't use this as cover up. You can't even tell it has any color to it once you put it on. I mostly just use for moisturizer and sun protection.
