The first time I used it I followed the instructions, clean hair. Which left my hair feeling like straw and nasty even after conditioning. This last time I used it I decided to start with dirty hair. After 20 minutes of brushing my hair which is down to my backside, I gave up and braided it. Will return this immediately. I am worried it not only stripped the recent color that was applied to my hair, but every bit of health and moisture.
