You may purchase a bare board without IHs (instability hemispheres) or a board that includes a pair (rocker, rectangular) or a single (wobble, round) IH. As your balance and ROM (range of motion) increase, larger IHs may be purchased to increase effort.Cando MVP is the most scalable and customizable balance and lower limb joint mobilization system in the world. The fact that it hasn't significantly displaced conventional wobble and rocker boards for physio pre/rehabilitation and fitness training is a testament to the dogmatic inertia of those professions.In the case of this item, for rocker board purposes Cando IHs are purchased in pairs. For wobble boards, a single IH is used. One may insert two IHs into a Cando wobble board and use it as a rocker board, but a wobble board's curved edge impacts the functionality of many advanced movements.This listing is for 2, level-3 IHs. In a previous purchase of this item, the seller only shipped one IH. Well let me tell you a little secret....this company is not selling you a system by any means. You see the little balls on the board there in the picture.....ya.... you get two of those, that's it. No where in the product link or product description would you ever read that but some how they get away with it. Well I hope you were able to read my review before you clicked the order button. I'm at home with two of the balls from this system wondering why one why do I have only two balls from the system, two why did it take two weeks to get shipped to my house? However the two balls that I got are a solid product so I think I might give the balls a couple stars. I found the full product its over a $1000.
