It smells very much like strawberries. The scrub works, but a little goes a VERY LONG WAY. This stuff got everywhere! Little sugar pieces fall off very easily, so they will get on any surface close to you. It also says to use a pea-sized amount, which honestly is way too much. It only takes a dab of your finger. It is an ok product, but the mess isn't worth it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works, but it's messy *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2022* This is an effective lip scrub, but it's very messy. It is essentially sugar granules that are infused with a little strawberry flavor and oils. Even though there is oils and flavor in it the scrub is still relatively dry. So imagine picking up sugar out of the sugar bowl and rubbing that on your lips because it's pretty close to the same experience you'll get with this scrub. Yes, you can rub it on your lips and as you do the sugars start to melt into the lips as you rub and scrub but the sugar doesn't stick to your lips it falls off all over the place. I'd really like to see an abrasive scrub like this in more of a gel base or something that would hold it on your lips while applying it. When I use it I have to do os over the sink so I don't get sugar everywhere. The flavor and scent are sweet and candy-like but not sickeningly sweet.My lips were pretty chapped and one application didn't magically make my lips great, but daily use for a week using it twice a day did eventually wear down the dry skin leaving soft, supple lips.
