**Q: What kind of anchors does this come with? And size of anchors please?**
A: It didn't come with anchors. I mounted this on a wood post and used 2 #14 wood screws. Just size your anchors by the holes in the brackett

**Q: Can I mount on structure/bar versus wall mounting?**
A: you would have to add a base or plate (wood or metal) the size of the fan base and then mount it.
