My hydration game has increased so much and it keeps me honest. I won’t leave home without it. My appetite has also decreased and helped me lose a few pounds.I see comments about mildew forming, but honestly, that’s user error and has nothing to do with the product itself. I never have an issue when filling it up my container with water with a splash of citrus juice, however; for the folks that like to put fruit into their water just know that’s when mildew can occur. Fruit will decompose in your water causing mildew every time no matter what you put that in. Keep in mind that plastic is porous and you have to maintain that properly.To clean it I soak it once every other week in diluted bleach (1/8 cup in a gallon of water) overnight and it’s brand new again. Fill it up half way with warm water and soap and put the lid back on giving it a shake.Hope this helps!
