The pink was perfect in color as our kitchen is that baby pink, the pink is soft and does not overkill. The blades are very sharp which is what my wife was concerned about but they have a very great sharpness and the sharpener that comes with the set is very helpful. They are dishwasher safe which makes for being very convenient and the handles are rubber so allows for a very safe environment for cutting small or large things.
