### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Book on the Topic of Green Smoothies

This book not only has plenty of great recipes but it concisely reviews the nutritional aspects and science of ingesting the veggies used in the smoothies. The quick read in the beginning sections of the book are very concise but each important to fully understand the concept. The personal comments such as, "... I imagine the bits and pieces of the greens and fruits swirling around in the blender. I think about how this particular Green Smoothie is going to taste," adds to a more complete understanding and thus enjoyment of the various recipes and their health benefits.Due to the concise style and the quality in which this book was written, I took the liberty to buy a few more copies to send to some of my family. Lastly, for the price, it is an outstanding value. For just the few dollars spent, you can share this wisdom with others you care about.

I love any kind of smoothie, but I can be kind of a health nut when it comes to providing for my family. I bought this book in search of recipes that were not only tasty, but healthy too. We all know how easy it is to find something that'll please your taste buds, but how hard it can be to make sure it's good for you too. In this book, I've managed to find both! I've particularly enjoyed the kiwi orange swiss and chard green smoothie, as well as the avacado apple green smoothie. I'm still working my way through the book, so I'm sure I'll find even more favorites.

I thought this would be a good way to start learning about smoothies but this seems more for juicing. I don't want to invest in expensive equipment.
