The two body cups are identical in size, and awesome for legs (I've used them before). I personally don't like bigger cups than these (I have some). I basically use a good quality, pure, organic, non-comedogenic oil for my face (hemp seed oil, argan, etc) and I use the cup while I watch tv. I spend a little time on each face zone and feel the oxygen flow (little redness and Ringling). If done well, it stimulates the collagen and helps tighten (therefore a slight lift and smoothness comes with the firmness). Just don't over do. I love using it between my brows as an alternate for Botox, for example. I use it all over, but that's an area that benefits! I find it relaxing, and I couple it with muscle excersizes for my face, helping relax the jaw and other tense areas. It's not a permanent solution, it's just a part of my daily regimen. I was previously using bigger cups and massaging by hand (wonderful). But watch how much suction you use. *by C***T on August 19, 2018* I've been using them for a couple of weeks, and think I see an improvement in my facial skin. I use them after my shower with my facial lotion to help them glide. (I don't want to allow the water to run while I'm using them in the shower--wasteful!). A problem with the big cups (for rest of body)....First time I used them on my thighs, I bruised rather badly. It did not hurt at all while I was using them, but I guess I used too much pressure, and my skin reacted badly! I have used less suction on them since the first couple of times, and it is much better.
