Review: This is my very first year collecting sap and turning it into syrup so I didn't want to spend tons of money on equipment. I am just now doing my first batch on a camp stove and starting tomorrow I will be doing it on a small outdoor wood stove. The full size wouldn't have fir on my camp stove, but I think next season I will get the fullsize to use on my wood stove.

A: my problem with these pans have been tiny holes in the bottom. but im sure it would keep fruit flies out.
