Review: Appalling lack of customer service and ignorance of consumer law. - Appalling company that totally ignored my consumer rights for a refund having supplied me with a product with a missing part. Just kept referring to the 14 day cooling off period which is irrelevant for goods supplied that are not fit for purpose as was the case here. I will never use Klarstein again nor recommend them to anyone
