**Q: Will this work with husky 10 mil poly vapor barrier?  also does it hold up over time?  crawl space encapsulation project ...**
A: I used it for crawlspace encapsulation.  Very strong and stuck well.  I used 12mil poly.  I cannot speak to how well it holds up over time as I recently just completed the project

**Q: Will this work on sealing osb exterior seams?**
A: I would say no

**Q: Could I effectively seal this against a concrete crack using PU (or other) caulk/sealant?**
A: I don't think it would seal/stick to the concrete.

3rd time buying a box of this tape over the past year. Tried a couple other brands that I returned and ultimately found this to be my go-to. Primarily used with vapor barrier but have grabbed for other needs and has held up excellent for all. Thick, stays stuck, water doesn't get in, just enough stretch if wrapping pipe to get a tight seal, etc. Definitely recommend.
