After waiting for each additional novel to be released and then reading each of them in turn, I went back and re-read them all about a year after finishing the final book. Some of the best writing I think I've ever experienced. I thoroughly enjoyed the movies as well and have watched all of them over and over again. These days I spend a lot of time driving long distances, so I now do lots of audiobooks. When I saw that the HP series was finally getting a high-quality audible release (I've never purchased any prior audio release due to the large number of poor reviews), I decided to jump in and see how they were. And it was great. The full-cast narration method is some of the best I've heard from audible. I immediately picked up the second book and I'll be eagerly anticipating the release of each additional title as they are rolled out over the coming months. These stories are excellent and JK Rowling did such a wonderful job of building this world and weaving such a timeless adventure.
