Nice & easy! 🙂 **Q: Has anybody tried sleeping with it?** A: Yes. It has relived around 80% of my cervical headaches. It does get warm though but I remedied that by wrapping a mini -Frogg Togg around my neck then placing collar over it. It keeps my neck much cooler.
