Review: great book - (Wife writing this review) I absolutely love this book. The ingredients are simple, the recipes are easy to follow and understand. The forward was written so beautifully. Those two pages alone are worth the price of the book- full of wisdom, they capture the feeling of living in a busy, fast paced world- as well as how to find ourselves again. I was nervous about purchasing this book because most cookbooks are full of recipes with ingredients I've never even heard of and the recipes are always complicated- I opened this book and was so pleasantly surprised at how doable this will be, she breaks everything down and gives so many options for each recipe depending on the season and personal tastes- even the feel of the cover of this book is perfect- it's a wonderfully thick, soft paperback. This book is going to be well used over the years and I plan to purchase a copy for all the women in my family and I've already texted the link to all of my friends. I read nearly the entire thing in one sitting- even the recipes- I actually read it all, planning out menus and taking notes..... if you clicked on the book to open this page- just go ahead and purchase it- you will love it!

Those two pages alone are worth the price of the book- full of wisdom, they capture the feeling of living in a busy, fast paced world- as well as how to find ourselves again. The most beginner friendly Ayurvedic book I have ever come across. I haven’t been able to get into Ayurvedic eating or medicine for years because it can be so complicated. This book provides you with your constitution by providing you with 2 simple assessments. It then tells you all about what foods to accentuate or avoid in general and what foods to eat in season. It provides easy to follow recipes for each constitution, photographs of some of the recipes as well as some remedies, lists of foods to enjoy or avoid and recipes for ailments. I’ve had this book less than a month and would highly recommend it. Thank you Emily Glaser, for simplifying Ayurveda in a way that is easy to comprehend and get started quickly.
