Review: I wanted a larger non stick frying pan and decided on this one. It was pricey but is very good quality. Make sure to season as directed by the package insert. I did so and have used it many times now cooking eggs, chicken and pork. It heats pretty evenly for such a large pan and is easy to clean afterwards. The added dome lid is also very useful and is also of great quality. To be sure, it's expensive but after many uses I would say it is definitely worth the extra $.

First impression: Use sufficient fat and this pan browns perfectly, using about 20% less heat than my aluminum pans. Was happy to see that eggs do not stick. Cleans up well, too. Even sugars from bacon wipe out easily. The lid makes creaking noises as the stainless steel and glass insert heat differentially, but that is a minor nit. Will try a few more types of cooking, such as acidic foods like the green tomatoes which have destroyed my other non-stick pans, and test the durability of the performance. If all goes well I expect to be getting more of these hex clad pans.
