I have Duypetren's contracture in both of my hands along with Arthritis in my fingers. Point being, this lighter has an easy starter and comfortable trigger to hold comfortably for long periods of time when needed. Other lighters, pressing forward or backwards on rigid small switch to ignite with a tiny clicker over and over and over again is fatiguing.
