I'm 36" waist and 5'8", 175 lbs, and medium fits perfectly snug around legs and waist as it should. Bike shorts are meant to fit tight. What size would you recommend?** A: 6ft, 240lbs and Large fits great, even despite some girth in the quads. Waist band is reasonably comfortable, does not roll. Compression is not as "firm" as I prefer. Good for short-medium rides, probably not effective for longervrides.
