Keeps track of calorie I takes and meals. Tracks my sleep and how I sleep,which surprised me. And the battery lasts ALL day. I start my day at 6 AM charge it after I wake up and put it on at 7 AM. I usually dont get home until 2 AM after A LONG day at work and the gym it I finish my day with maybe 30% battery life. NOW if you want to use this to text and use other apps well then the battery life wont last. That's just common sense.
