The factory turbocharger is fairly small and generates a lot of heat, so our intercooler was designed to provide the most volume and effective cooling area to keep the charge air temps in check. Other intercoolers on the market with similar volume require you to cut your bumper and lower splash tray, to us that is unacceptable. Our intercooler is 100% factory fit, and requires no modification to your car.
