You can wash your rice thoroughly a few times. They should all go away. You can put your rice in the sun if that possible to make them go away. **Q: How long is each grain fully cooked?** A: Takes a bit longer, about 10 or 15 minutes longer than regular long-grain white rice. I make Tahdig with it. **Q: Is this rice processed in a facility that also processes wheat?** A: I personally don't know.
