Yummy! Took my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and substituted the lemon chips, added dried lemon peel and used lemon extract instead of vanilla. Bought these to make some lemon loafs for the Christmas holidays as gifts. They add such a nice "treat" to the lemon loaf recipe I've used for over 30 years! Also appreciate that I could buy these through Amazon from a small business -- we have to keep our small American businesses going. The product did exactly what it was supposed to. You could easily use these in cookies as well, or melt them and spread it on top of a cookie for an extra special treat! I definitely know where to go if I need baking chips that aren't the basic chocolate or butterscotch which can be picked up at the local grocery store.
