Then started getting pixelation after an update they did in our neighborhood. I researched after getting blown off by support and told to wait 3 days for a tech. Turns out this splitter does not have port-to-port isolation...so the modem signal overwhelms the TV signal. Look for a 5-1002 MHz digital splitter (which I guess if you go to the Xfinity store they'll give you for free) or they are cheap on desertcart. Even if it works now when they do the update you'll likely have issues if you use this splitter. That said, the splitter is a great design and from what I could tell functions perfectly so I'm not marking it down because of an error on my part. Would highly recommend to anyone with satellite TV!
