The reason I am giving 4 stars is because I feel like it is way too runny. They could easily add less water and fit the same amount of actual shampoo into the same bottle. That would make the product easier to use, prevent waste and save the environment with less plastic and fewer delivery trucks. Maybe even pass some of those savings onto the consumer, to make it better value for money as it is a tad bit on the expensive side - although not crazy expensive compared to other eco/natural/silicone free shampoos. It is a big bottle. It washes well, leaves my hair nice and soft and doesn't irritate my scalp.
