First line in description is vintage. This is not vintage....it is cute though. Not fashionable or for ladies either. More for children.

Cheap but adorable
This is a very cheap piece of costume jewelry, but it's really, really cute. Some of the rhinestones aren't set very well (they're glued in crooked), but they're where they're supposed to be, and it doesn't take away from the look of the piece. The chain doesn't have a clasp, but it's long enough to fit over my head and seems fairly sturdy.
