I also doubt that it will keep the bugs from outside coming back inside. So you should use some other treatment outside the house and around any openings that can't be sealed. Update: despite the confirmed kills from the first treatment I wasn't confident so I went ahead and did a second treatment and found that indeed several more roaches survived the first. This time I also saw the small nymphs among the casualties and earwigs which is a sign I've almost won the war. I am going to apply a 3rd and maybe even 4th treatment until they stop appearing entirely. So for those that tried this and it didn't work. You probably had stragglers and required multiple attempts.
