**Q: Does this product contain sesame?**
A: My jar is slightly different to the one shown but no, there isn’t any sesame listed on the ingredients. It’s just chilli, salt and grated yuzu zest.

**Q: How long does it keep?**
A: I don't know the "official" answer but we kept the opened jar in the fridge for over 4 months and it was fine. I guess it would have lasted longer if it hadn't been used up. Very strong on the flavour, btw, you don't use much of it in the recipe!

Tastes amazing, has lots of flavour, nice packaging. But I think it's a bit expensive, could be better value for money.
