Though the burn rate is a little bit more different than a stick incense. If a stick incense about 45 minutes of burn this is like around 35. But for those 35 minutes you do get some really therapeutic like aromas and the smoke does help clear my mind a bit looking at it. They have a very good effectiveness in surrounding the room in a soft apparent scent. It lingers for quite a while. I genuinely recommend these over some stick perfumes if you want to change it up a bit.
