## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does my motion sensing helicopter take off straight up. Cannot control it with my hand as shown.**
A: Most likely because the sensor (looks like an LED without emitting light) is being blocked. This happens when it drops enough times and gets lodged out of place. Grab a toothpick or fine tip pen and move it back into place.

**Q: Is charger included?**
A: Yes changer was included

**Q: What comes with this**
A: it comes with the drone, charging cord and remote.  
THERE IS NO RETURN FOR THIS PRODUCT.  
If it doesn't work, the company is non-responsive.

**Q: Makes a high pitched noise but wont take off**
A: Ours did the same thing the second flight.  It makes a high pitched noise, but the rotor won't turn.  

There is no return on this product.  I have contacted the company 2 times with no response.
