They give him the support and stability he needs for walking while keeping his feet comfortable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely comfortable *by V***S on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on November 15, 2018* I have a bad hammer toe on one foot, that hurts when something pushes hard on it. This is the 4th pair of shoes I have tried to wear. And, it is the first that really fits well and doesn't hurt my toe. The shoes come with 2 pair of spacer inserts to put under the orthopedic insole to adjust the height of the inside of the shoes. They are 1/16 inch and 1/8 inch, so you can reduce the height by 1/16, 1/8, or 3/16 inches to eliminate what feels like too loose a fit. The orthopedic insoles are thick, soft and well shaped. With only the 1/16 spacer they fit very well, don't hurt my feet at all, and are as comfortable as any shoes I can remember.
