First time the medium-sized bag went under the plane at 3 months, it emerged with a crack! Amazon policy is 1 month. A most miserably unsatisfactory experienceBUT THEN ........according to the tag that came on the luggage, I contacted Traveler's Club with a photo of the cracked bag and a jpg of my Amazon order. Within days, they sent me a brand new replacement. They were very thoughtful and accommodating, never asking how it broke or implying that I must have done something wrong (which I did not, but I still expect companies to try and blame me to get their "out.") I would say that Traveler's Club acted in the most honorable manner possible and the only thing they suggested is that they send it ASAP (at no extra charge) so that I might have it in case I needed to travel over the holiday. They even tracked me down as I had inadvertently added an alphanumeric to my email. Traveler's Club is a model of what corporate customer service should be. Other than that, folks thought this was a good choice. But if you're in the Rome airport or LAX and a wheel assembly has come apart due to cargo storage on its virgin deployment, that's quite another matter. And when it happens not just to the large 27" check-in, but the carry on as well, that's not amusing at all. The series is otherwise satisfactory and handsome.
