She has previously been using paraffin wax on her feet to help. She loves these slippers! She puts the pads in the microwave for 45 seconds, zips them in, and wears them while watching tv in the evening. Compared to her wax routine, they are MUCH easier to use, stay warmer longer, and she can move around while wearing them. They are heavier than normal slippers to walk in but she still is able to walk in them without trouble. A little bit too heavy for her to want to walk the dog with, but not too heavy to wear around the house. Definitely a great product! The red is a nice color.
