I rolled ours with ground beef, rice & tomatoes! 2 sections of the jar was enough to fill just over 1 lb of ground beef. I slow simmered the stuffed leaves in a pot for 45 minutes. They turned out absolutely amazing! The most tender and delicious dolmades we have ever had. We turned right around and ordered a second jar to have on hand. This time the jar leaked during shipping. A good bit of the juice had leaked out but not all. We contacted the company to ask if they were safe to use. We got a very quick response (kudos to great customer service)! They responded that they were safe due to preservatives and the fact that the leaves are mostly cooked before packaging. However they insisted on refunding our purchase even though we told them it was not necessary. We ordered a 3rd jar, and it was delivered in perfect condition. We will continue to order this brand! You can cook them and boil them all day long you will be chewing on plastic. I come from a Greek family where we use grape leaves on a normal basis and this namebrand right here is terrible.
