A: Yes, it works from 3 1/2 to 8 for men.

**Q: Can these fit a size 12 shoe since they only go on the front and srap around the back?**
A: it will likely fit. I would imagine that the worst case scenario is that you may have to add a little extra velcro to add length.

I love this soles, at first I thought that they were going to be uncomfortable to ride on but they are very comfortable and helped me to reach the floor, pedals and be safe on the bike when on a red light etc. Easy to put on and take off. Not very comfortable to walk on them but you can take them off for that. It took the fear away from me of riding taller bikes, being 4’11 this soles really help my confidence. Worth every penny in my opinion.
