Good day sirs, I ordered a few boxes from u and I was happy with the products. However the last 2 boxes didn't come with the expected pre installed kodi neither the mobdro. My customers are now dissatisfied with their purchases and now u have to give refunds. I am now wondering if I received faulty items or if I was supposed to download an app or something. The reason why I go to this particular brand is that it works right out of the box.Tell me, what am I doing wrong.

Work fine, does require fresh update as the system installed is archaic . No big deal though . Really fast compared to my last one . Worth the money .

Boxes did not have apps pre-installed, including Kodi.

These are great boxes! Easily upgradable to Android 6.0. No matter what box you get, you have to have decent internet. If you have a crap connection, it's gonna work like crap.
