my product hass stopped the vibration cycle. can it be returned?

I bought this a year ago and have since misplaced the charger, it finally died after continuous use for one year. I love the travel case and there's several years worth of heads included. I wish it wasn't out of stock. I wanted to buy my husband one and steal his charger!

Works well battery has lasted weeks before needing recharged.

I have yet to use the toothbrush itself. I Will update once I do the plastic chargin base feels flimsy and cheap. You would be better of without using. It’s charging right now so I will give more of whip date after use. I just got it today.UPDATE: the toothbrush itself works great, I love it. Great coverage.

I picked this number out of a good selection of similar toothbrushes and couldn't be happier. When I saw the price to replace 2 brushes for my current old school unit I found that a new system could be a smarter move.There are enough replacement brushes to last me two years and a travel case. I have found that I can charge the TB and it will not need a recharge for 10 days. I highly recommend for quality, function and cost.No problems for the past 8 months and going strong!

I bought one of these 2 years ago and it worked fine for the last two years then suddenly died. The heads are pretty resilient because I have most of them left over as they dont wear out. So I bought another one so I can use my unused heads from the first one. The PHYLIAN arrived repackaged and USED!!! It had toothpaste on it! DISGUSTING! Will not buy again from Woot!EDIT: I changed my review to 5 stars because Phylian (not WOOT) contacted me upset that this happened to me and sent me a brand new upgraded tootbrush. The new one is much better made with stainless steel in critical places instead of plastic. I have used it for several weeks and am happy with the toothbrush. It was not Phylians fault that I got a used toothbrush but it was super nice of the actual manufacturer to contact me and send me a new replacement.

I purchased this after my reliable and nationally known brand stopped working after over 10 yrs of service. However, while shopping I saw how expensive they've become. So, I took my chance on this product. The good: strong vibrations, lots of extra replacement heads, attractive design, lots of settings, and a fraction of the cost compared to my preferred brand. Cons: it vibrates so strongly it tickled. If the head touches your teeth, it will rattle your brain. One button for all the functions, so if you're not careful, you change the functions and have to start over again. I just saw an identical product in a store and it had an on and an off button. Finally, the brittles themselves don't turn like my previous brand. My teeth feel clean and polished. I'm not sure if the other functions are even necessary (e.g. massage, polish). If I had more disposable income I would have replaced my old electric with the same upgraded model, but this one was a fraction of the price. I was sold and so far so good. Update: The battery is still going since the first charge. Over 30 days.
