To help with the protection?** A: Yes, this will act as an aide to prolong the life of the ceramic coating and also serve as an additional "top coat" **Q: Does it stain plastic trim?** A: It hasn't stained mine. I use it on all my car's exterior surfaces. **Q: Is this safe for fiberglass gel-coat & vinyl decals?** A: Been using for 2 months so far hasn’t removed my stickers. Or my damaged my carbon fiber mirror caps. **Q: What is the lowest recommended temp for application?** A: I just applied 3-in-1 today with ambient temp about 50F without problem. In terms of low temp limit I would think low humidity more a problem as too rapid drying may be an issue. Last summer I had no problems at 85F but inside a garage.
