The case has cooling issues. If the pc was under any load it would just shut off. I had to change out the case and add a cpu cooler. Runs fine now **Q: can you change the lighting settings. Can you turn them on/of?** A: Yes. The desktop comes loaded with two default applications specific to ROG computers. One of which is called Armory Crate. This is used to handle the color, as well as syncing up light patterns on your keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals. **Q: How many memory slots does it have in total and used? and could it be upgraded to 32GB?** A: 4 Slots - Has 2 8gb dimms installed and it can go to 32GB **Q: Hello, does this case have a provision for me to install a 240mm liquid cooler?, because the reviews seem to focus on thermals?** A: I installed a CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L in the front. Fans are on the inner side of the radiator. This required taking tin snips to the back of the case to allow the 24-pin mobo power cable to be threaded through since the AIO blocks the passthrough. It was a headache but now my CPU thermals are under control. Idle at 30 and rarely even gets to 70 under load. I would just recommend getting a better case though, it was a massive pain. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty solid on components and performance *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on 15 December 2021* The profomance is pretty solid preforming pretty well on all my test, but what they fail to mention is that your cpu comes overclocked in the BIOs which leads to incredibly high temps out of the box which if you’ve messed with before your comfortable with changing this to what it needs to be, but if someone who’s never touched BIOs before we’re to out of the box run this without realizing they would be disappointed on the temps they’re PC gets, one you turn of intels overclock/boost your temps should goto normal. It's actually my first "pre-built" and I'll be using this strictly for playing games, overkill for 1080p/1440p 60fps ultra gaming. Of course, it will run some stuff at 4k comfortably, but if you are like me, and don't need all of that "xtra/xtreme", but love 60-144 fps, ultra graphics, this should last you 7 years 🤣. Starting with the cooler most importantly, then storage, memory, the power button -_- … and fans.Great price for the MOBO, CPU, and Graphics Card, but i had to upgrade pretty much everything else in order to get it where it needed to be. (I got this on sale for About 850 after savings). The money i saved here went directly to upgrades and i ended up around the current list price (1200 USD). But with the system i deserve(:Not to mention the POWER BUTTON BROKE! THE CASE IS TERRIBLE AND HARD TO WORK INSIDE … i had to add an external power button. but i digress.Overall, i actually LOVE this unit. But i have stiff criticism of the work ASUS put on the consumer to get it functioning at optimal status.But, if the price is right!
