The end of the bottle fits in her mouth and when you push the bottle in it makes an eating sound. **Q: Where can I get a bottle? The one that was with the set had no “nipple” so it does not go into the mouth to create the sucking.** A: I bought a milk and juice baby bottle separately for the dolls. The nipples don't fit into their mouths, but my grandchildren have no problem pretending that they are really drinking. **Q: what are exactly the materials/ plastic type of the toy and the accessories? are they PVC free?** A: I bought this as a present. I think it says somewhere in the description that the doll is soft silicone vinyl. I’m not sure about the accessories.
