I am 5'6" and 135lbs (I am ALL legs though so I could imagine these fitting someone up to the height of 5'8", maybe it would be pushing it to go any taller) *these fit PERFECTLY! no uncomfortable stretch when I moved around. no pulling of tugging of certain parts * They hugged my legs snuggly but didnt dig in which happens sometimes with thigh highs that dont require a garter belt.
