**Q: What is the weight in ounces of 'one' of the Strainho grips?  I want to use it to add a small amount of weight to the end of a flexible bar.**
A: they're light.  maybe 4 oz?  May be a better question for the manufacturer.

A: mine just fit around a one-inch bar
