This package does NOT include a Receiver or 12V battery. This remote control is powered by a 12V 23A battery. If your battery is 12V 27A, it may not be usable due to size mismatch. This remote control NOT have Reverse button. The light dimmer is compatible with incandescent light bulbs, LED bulbs only have the ON/OFF function.
