They would be fine for swimming. However, I wore them to a water exercise class, and when I got out of the water, I discovered that they had fallen completely apart. The bottom had a split and the side seams were completely torn out. I do not recommend these if you are doing anything but swimming. ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY. NOT DURABLE! *by L***! on August 1, 2016* DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I bought two of these for my kids and both ripped within the first hour they used it swimming at a pool.
