Ich war erstaunt, wie gut und angenehm der Fön in der Hand liegt - auch bei längeren Einsätzen ist es nicht schwer, ihn zu halten. Die Qualität ist gut - hier merkt man schon den Unterschied zu Billig-Produkten. Dafür ist der Preis allerdings auch wirklich happig. Da wollte ich doch einen echten Unterschied sehen. Also erst einmal: am Anfang finde ich, merkt man nicht sehr viel von der angeblichen Pflege der Keratin-, Argan- und Kokosöle, die im Gitter des Föns angereichert sind. Und ich denke, wenn man immer in der Power-Stufe die Haare fönt, wird man diesen Unterschied auch nicht bemerken können. Fönen ist immer strapaziös für die Haare - deshalb lasse ich meine überschulterlangen Haare auch gerne lufttrocknen. Das geht natürlich nicht immer - und ich muss sagen: wenn schon Fön, dann dieser! Auf Dauer merkt man schon einen Unterschied - die Haare sind einfach weicher und fliegen vor allem nicht so stark. Meine Haare sind eher fein, allerdings hab ich viele und auch (mittlerweile ;) lange! Da muss schon ein Fön her, der keine halbe Stunde braucht, um die Haare zu trocknen. Der REVAMP hat natürlich auch verschiedene Stufen - und ich muss sagen: mir reicht das "Gentle" Programm völlig aus. Die Haare werden sehr intensiv - durch die gute Düse - gefönt. Da geht nicht soviel Luft an allen Seiten "vorbei", sondern man kann wirklich gezielt die Haare trocknen. Die stärkeren Stufen - vor allem die höchste Hitzestufe - nehme ich nicht (außer in "Notsituationen"...) Wer das ständig macht, der muss Haarschäden bekommen - da glaube ich dem Werbeversprechen dann doch nicht. Sorry. Allerdings ist die untere und auch die mittlere noch wirklich spürbar sanft zum Haar und - ob es die Öle sind, kann sein - ich merke wirklich ein seidigeres Gefühl auf den Haaren als früher. Da konnte ich eigentlich mit dem normalen Fön meine Haare nie ganz trocknen, da sie sich sonst schon richtig rau anfühlten... Dies Gefühl mag auch daran liegen, dass man einfach nicht mehr so lange braucht, um die Haare fertig zu fönen. Das geht jetzt wirklich erheblich schneller. Durch die Präzisionsdüse kann man auch wirklich zentral auf die Rundbürste fönen und hat sehr schnell die Strähne getrocknet, so dass auch das morgendliche Stylen wesentlich stressfreier gelingt. Tatsächlich gelingt mir auch das Glatt-Fönen viel besser! Da spare ich mir jetzt oft das Glätteisen. Wenn ich mit der Paddelbrush die Strähne gespannt halte und sie trocken föne, brauche ich das Glätteisen nicht mehr (habe allerdings auch keine Locken, aber eben schnell etwas fliegende und leicht krisselige Haare). Die Cool-Shot Taste finde ich genial. Wenn man eine Strähne direkt trocken gefönt hat, kann man mit diesem "Kälteschock" dafür sorgen, dass sie auch so bleibt, wenn man die Bürste löst. Das ist wirklich gut! Also - mein Fazit: ein teures Gerät - ja, aber es erfüllt auch tatsächlich so einige Anforderungen, die mein Normalfön nicht bieten kann. Die glatten Strähnen, nur durch Fönen, sind bei mir ein Punkt, den ich besonders gut finde - nicht nur Zeit gespart, sondern auch Haare geschont. Auch die angenehm zu fühlende Oberfläche des Haares nach dem Fönen ist ein Argument. Wenn das auch nach langem Gebrauch des REVAMP so bleibt, ist das ein großer Vorteil. Material und Verarbeitung versprechen eine lange Lebensdauer - chic sieht er auch aus.. und das lange Kabel ist eine gute Zugabe.
